Coconut and pineapple is a well liked pairing. This pie is baked with crushed pineapple, sweetened coconut flakes, butter, sugar and eggs. The balance of the coconut and pineapple allows you to taste and enjoy both tropical fruits in this pie.

This lemon chess pie is sweet but smooth and easy to enjoy. It’s baked until it sets with a crisp browned topping, that melts in your mouth. It has a wondrous balance of lemon juice and vanilla, allowing you to enjoy the subtle taste of both.
